In this thoroughly explained, detailed lesson I will show you how to create realistic women winking animation using a little flash tips and tricks. This animation looks very cool and you can use it for some header, banner. You don't have to use action script code to make this lesson.
First of all Save my picture below!

Choose now, file > Import > Import to stage (Shortcut key: Ctrl+R) and import my picture into a flash stage.
While the picture is still selected, go to the Align Panel (Ctrl+K) and do the following:
1. Make sure that the Align/Distribute to Stage button is turned on,
2. Click on the Align horizontal center button and
3. Click the Align vertical center button.
Double click on layer 1 to rename its name into a picture. Then, click on frame 100 and press F5 key.
Create a new layer above the layer picture and name it wink.
Click on frame 15 of layer wink and press F6 key.
While you're still on frame 15, using a Oval Tool (O) and Selection Tool (V) draw a shape over the left eye. See the picture below.
While the eye shape is still selected, press F8 key (Convert to Symbol) to convert this eye shape into a Movie Clip Symbol.
