Autumn drop

In this thoroughly explained, detailed lesson, I will show you how to create realistic autumn drop using some special photoshop tricks.

Step 1

First, download my picture.



Step 2

Open my picture in photoshop.

Step 3

After that, create a new layer, and name it drop.



Step 4

For foreground color choose black.



Step 5

Select the Brush Tool (B), for Brush preset picker set 16, for Mode - Normal, and Opacity to 100%. See the picture below.



Step 6

After that, do like it is shown on the picture below.



Step 7

While your droop layer is still selected, click on Add a layer style icon and choose Blending Options.



Step 8

Then, for Fill Opacitiy set 5%.



Step 9

Select now Drop Shadow from the list of effects, and set the options from the picture below.



Step 10

After that, select the Inner Shadow effect, and set the options from the picture below.





Step 11

Select the Inner Glow effect, and set the options from the picture below.



Step 12

Select the Bevel and Emboss effect, and set the options from the picture below.
