Create crystal clear blue eyes

Using this thoroughly explained, detailed photoshop lesson, you will see how to create crystal clear blue eyes. Let's start!

Step 1

First, Save the image below, which we will use for this lesson.





Step 2

Open image that you just saved into a photoshop stage.

Step 3

Create a new layer above the image layer and name it eyes.

Step 4

Using the Lasso Tool (S) and select eye like it is shown on the picture below!



Step 5

Select now the Brush Tool (B), for brush size set 4px, for foreground color set #2b7dc2 and start painting eye. See the picture below!



Repeat this process also for the remaining eye.

Step 6

Set the blending mode to Color.

Step 7

Choose now Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur and make the adjustments as follow:



You should now have something like below.
